Refund eligibility.
We offer refunds for the following reasons;
- defective or damaged products.
- incorrect product delivered.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference, or where improper care has lead to damage to the item.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there will be a significant delay with your order.
For pre-orders, please allow 21-28 days for delivery. Times can vary depending on the item you have pre-ordered.
